We deliver to the entire globe! No matter where you are, we strive to bring our delicious Swedish and exotic candies right to your doorstep. Delivery services may vary depending on your location, especially for harder-to-reach areas, but rest assured—we'll do our best to get your treats to you as quickly as possible!
What products are vegan, gluten free, and have no additives?
The majority of Swedish candy, including our popular Bubs brand, is known for being gluten-free, vegan, and free of additives. However, not every product from Sweden meets these criteria. To make it easy for you, we include clear badges on each product page that disclose if an item is gluten-free, vegan, or free of additives. Simply look for these badges while browsing our site to find the perfect treat that fits your dietary needs!
Now that I ordered, how long is the wait?
Your order will be shipped out as soon as possible, typically same or next-day, and delivered as quickly as expedited air transit can make it from Canada to your location. For orders within North America, you can generally expect delivery within 1 week, and at the latest, 2 weeks. For other parts of the world, shipping usually takes up to 2 weeks, though it may sometimes extend to 3 weeks for more remote areas. We work hard to ensure the fastest and most cost-effective transit times, thanks to the excellent services provided mainly by Canada Post.
How can I request a refund and what is the policy?
We always issue refunds in cases where there are issues due to product quality. To request a refund, please email us at support@shopbubs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include as much information as possible, such as photos or videos, to help us review and approve your request quickly.
If you mistakenly place an order or decide to cancel, you can do so up to the point when we mail out your order. Once it's shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. Please reach out to us promptly to make any changes!
